Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions alongside the Owners Agreement you are asked to sign the first time your dog uses our services.

All Dogs Holiday Havens dogs are cared for in a home environment with minders who are engaged to work for Dogs Holiday Havens.

To be fair to our minders,

• Dogs Holiday Havens dogs must be in good health and have a suitable temperament for a home environment; our service is not suitable for dogs that are sick or infirm unless this is negotiated on a case-by-case basis
• Dogs Holiday Havens dogs must be fully vaccinated, and owners must show the Minder a current vaccination certificate before each visit
• we only accept de-sexed dogs
• you must visit the minder with your dog for an introductory meeting before your booking can be confirmed; this pre-visit can be waived if the minder is willing to waive it, but most dogs settle into their holiday home more quickly if they have visited before.
